Insurance may cover my services. Benefits vary by insurance plan and I encourage confirming your OON mental health benefits prior to meeting with me. I provide the necessary paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement.

I accept debit or credit cards, and HSA or FSA cards.

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost, number, and frequency of therapy sessions that can be reasonably expected for the anticipated services to address your mental health care needs.
The estimate is based on the information known to me when the estimate was completed. The estimate is subject to change depending on any changes over time to your treatment plan.
You can request this before any services are scheduled.
